Thomas Hennessey - Wrong War, Wrong Place, Wrong Time: Britain's Korean War 1950-53 (with Claire Thomas) is Reader in History at Canterbury Christ Church University and a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. He studied for his Ph.D at The Queen’s University of Belfast. From 1997-98 he was an advisor to the Right Honourable David (now Lord) Trimble, then leader of the Ulster Unionist Party, during the negotiation of the Good Friday Agreement. He is the author (again with Claire Thomas) of Spooks: the Unofficial History of MI5 (Amberley 2009).
