Ian Gardner Tonight we Die as Men (Osprey 2009) - was the driving force and co-author of 'Tonight We Die As Men' (over 10,000 copies sold in hardback). Over the last three years Ian has built up a substantial following across the world with his first work about the third battalion 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment in Normandy. The forty-eight year old ex paratrooper currently lives near Aldershot in Hampshire with his wife Karen and their two grown up children.
