Caroline Booth - Strategic Procurement - Organising Suppliers and Supply Chains for Competitive Advantage (Kogan Page, 2010) enjoyed an international career with Shell for many years before going into the world of consultancy with Ernst and Young. She specializes in Procurement Strategy and Transformation and has worked globally across industry and the public sector. Currently Caroline is the Group Procurement Director for Lloyds Banking Group. She is on the Advisory Board of the International Institute for Advanced Purchasing & Supply (IIAPS).
