Robert Dudley Agency represents non-fiction authors in subject areas which reflect both Robert’s previous publishing experience as well as more recent enthusiasms. We also represent a select group of novelists.

Before becoming an agent in 2000, Robert Dudley worked as an independent publisher and book packager under the imprint of Bowerdean Press, where he produced books on a wide range of subjects.

Robert’s experience as a publisher means that he can understand the publishing process and your publishers’ expectations. It has also made him familiar with and sympathetic to your worries and ambitions as an author.

We are interested in expanding our fiction list and in building on our well-established reputation for non-fiction.

The agency is small enough for each client to receive individual attention and we work hard to try and establish a productive relationship between you and your publisher.
